I have taken their service several times from the Frankfurt airport and their drivers have been helpful and very patient. I also made the return trip with them in the early morning and the punctuality is very good. Recommended service.

I cannot say enough to recommend this service. I booked the taxi online in Boston for a trip to Heidelberg from the Frankfurt airport. Their customer service was very responsive and helpful with all my questions and the ride itself was on time and very comfortable when we arrived.

I have used TLS twice now coming to Heidelberg from FRA and then going back. I have appreciated their excellent service. They respond very quickly on the requests for booking, answer questions posed by email quickly. The drivers have been very polite and always on time. Covid regulations has made pick up at FRA a bit more challenging, but on our way in the driver worked very hard to get in and find us even though he had to run and repark.
