Orders must be placed 48 hours advance. Short term orders within 48 hours before transportation can be accepted only if seats are available.

Trip to the airport

Let us know your desired pick-up time while making the reservation. Please call our office the night before your trip after 6 pm for a confirmation. Our chauffeur will meet you in front of your home/ hotel/ company at the appointed time.

Arrival Hall B at terminal 1:

Passengers arriving at terminal 2 are requested
to proceed to the „Meeting-Point“ in Hall E:

We calculate about 30 minutes from touchdown to the arrival at the meeting-point. In case of travelling without luggage please inform us while booking because you will reach the meeting-point earlier. Our passengers will be chauffered in a shared minivan. You may need to wait up to 30 minutes for other passengers to arrive.

Delays will be noted and considered in our office. Please give your guests our phone number in case of any inconvenience, like lost or derouted luggage. If your guest do not speak German we would be pleased to provide them with our English speaking staff.
